Polly Klaas

Polly Klaas (1981-1993) was a young girl whose kidnapping and brutal murder led to the adoption of California’s three strikes law. On October 1, 1993, Polly and two of her friends were enjoying a slumber party when Davis broke in and tied up the girls. He then took Polly from the house. Polly’s Murderer
