Staff Perceptions Toward Ethical Climate Types in the Emory Eye Center
The purpose of this quantitative descriptive research study is to identify and describe the staff perception of ethical climate type within Emory eye centers' ophthalmology department. For example, investigation of Emory eye centers' range of ethical climate type describes the ethical work climate, the range which the loci of analysis effects the ethical climate, and dissimilarity in demographic variables, and dominant loci of analysis.
