Southwest Airlines Case
Read the Southwest Airlines case from book "Strategic Marketing Problems" 10th edition by Kerin and Peterson from pages 437 to 448, then write in one page, a memo with about 4 recommendations that answer the questions above and at the same time give a recommendation about it. For example: "Why is the company doing bad?"
The question does not need to be included in the memo, just the answer.
The second page must be a financial analysis as explained above it must be 1/2 page just to support the recommendations, or at least one, this financial analysis does not have to be the super analysis.
