The King's Speech, then, takes an in-depth look at the relationship between the Kind and his therapist, the unorthodox treatment methods he was given, and, of course, the events that took place after the King overcomes his stammer. One such event, was the radio-address-The King's Speech-heard around the country that he delivered perfectly and which inspired his people to, in the end, unite with one another and, in the end, win the war.
